This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and doesn't collect personal information itself.

When you book or pay, you use Calendly (bookings) and Stripe (payments). They collect what's needed to process your booking or payment, under their own privacy policies. Online coaching uses TrueCoach.

Any information you share with me as a client, including health information, is used only to coach you safely, kept confidential and stored securely, in line with UK GDPR. You can ask to see or delete it at any time.
